Winter Storm Quinn…We Survived

Winter Storm Quinn blew into town yesterday.  It was cold, messy and annoying.  It also had moments of fun too.

We all then took a nap 🙂

Mr. Nigel Murray Loves The Olympics

It’s all about Curling for Mr. Nigel Murray.

Mikey loves all the sports.  He’s really digging the medal ceremonies.  Just to see the joy from winning a medal gives him the warm and fuzzies 🙂

Bones loves that they get stuffed animals.  Warm and Fuzzies 🙂

Until the Cows Come Home

Hey looks…the cows are home.

The Roomie likes to spend her lunch hour watching the cows.  We don’t get it.

We all just smile for the pictures, lol.

Except Heat Miser…he’s still mad it’s getting colder again, lol.

Peak leaf weekend was last weekend.  Now most of the trees are bare.  There is still a little color here and there but for the most part we are banking into Winter soon.

We all love going into the forest this time of year though.  Well, everyone but Heat Miser.  He’s very cranky.

It’s Peak Leaf Season

It’s raining now but we wanted to get out for perhaps the last of the Leafy pictures for this Autumn Season.

Elmer was feeling right at home in the forest.  We are glad we don’t live in the Urban Center where trees are few.

The Miser Brothers were debating who was in control of the weather now.  They always argue about that.  Today was 46 degrees so Freezie was gloating.

Carol, Hattie and Jonathan love these little adventures too.  You know Jonathan is all about picture-taking.  It is life.

Craft Fairing With The Roomie

Saturdays in the Fall are all about Craft Fairs.  That magical place where you go to find homemade items for yourself or your home.

At least this is what the Roomie says.

It was fun.  The Roomie only got some homemade treats for the puppies but we did get to see Santa Claus, so that was cool.

Oh and some little kid wanted to take Heat Miser home.  Said she loved him…we all don’t understand that because he’s the grumpiest of us all, lol.

Halloween Is Over And The Halloweenies Are Sad

It’s November now.  Sure there are all these “Day of the Dead” festivities going on since 10/31 but our time of fun is almost over.

All that is left for us is to catch up watching Survivor.  Hector thinks some of these folks are just NUTS!  I think he’s right.
