The Day After Halloween

I always think I will post on Halloween Day and it rarely ever happens.  The Roomie is usually fluttering around in happiness and I get side tracked.

Edgar the Nisse and Richie the V wanted to wear the same Charlie Brown costume.  We all agreed The V wore it better, much better.

We watched The Nightmare Before Christmas again.

Apparently all the Pumpkinheads love this back drop.  Of course they do, lol.

Temperance is also a big fan of Frankenstein, just like The Roomie.

She also spent the day watching her favorite show Bones.  She loves the Halloween Episode from Season 11, The Resurrection in the Remains.  It’s the Sleepy Hollow crossover.

Everyone had a good time and now on to Autumn and Thanksgiving 🙂

The Day Before Halloween

Our month of Halloween frolicking is quickly coming to an end.

Temperance the Ghost is all about squeezing in just a few more Halloween Movies.  Her favorite is of course, Ghostbusters.

Nell, the former Eleanor Prentice, had a good laugh with the local villagers.  She stole their pitchfork, lol.

These two Halloweenies were having a blast today.  Nellie stole a lollipop from the Lollipop Guild.  Dorothy didn’t drop a house on her sister but solidarity, you know.

These girls are a hoot mostly all of the time.  But during the Halloween season…forget about it!  That’s what The Roomie always says 🙂

Graveyard Visits

The Roomie has been complaining of the lack of Cemetery/Graveyard visits this October.

Today at Lunchtime we were lucky to find an old graveyard not far from work.  It dates back to the early 1800’s and is still current.

It is also very cool too.

This man served during the Spanish/American War.

This person was a Knight of Pythias.  We had to look this one up.  A noble organization.

The weather was brisk and bright.  It was a good visit!

Early Sunsets

The sun is setting earlier and earlier these days.

We stopped at the farm because it was just such a beautiful sunset.

The Roomie loves the farm animals in the fields.  It’s very calming I must say.

There are reasons why Autumn is so incredible a time of year and this is only but one.
