We were bored because it has been raining a lot. So we played ‘Who Wore The Mustache The Best’.
The Roomie said it was a tie all around! We think she is correct!
We’ve had tropical conditions lately. Very hot but also very, very humid. Then it rains and becomes very, very steamy!
We were all blaming this guy. Look more rainstorms behind him. Not Cool Heaty!
The Thunder and Lightning was just what was left of Hurricane Alberto.
Sharkhead is really finding this weather a bummer. He has big plans for the Summer of M&S. He’s trying to be the star and all the rain is hampering his 15 mins. of fame 🙂
Jimmy and Eddie had fun and to them that is all that mattered. So I guess it was a win after all, lol!
We’ve decided we would like to be Chopped Judges so we’ve been watching the show to see how it’s done.
The Little Chef is obsessed with the Food Network. It’s what he does with The Roomie. Alfie said that’s where he got the idea to “Beat Bobby Flay”, lol. I’m just enjoying the tasty treats the Chefs are making.
The Little Chef thinks he could both Judge and Win Chopped. I know he’s good because I’ve tasted his food but I’m not sure about winning everything, lol.
Alfie always loves a good prank. This one was he whipped up a tasty Gold Fish Cracker. We all laughed. It was tasty 🙂
Thanks to the Hoax (not) that is climate change our winter weather patterns aren’t exactly average.
So first it was 59 degrees. We had a little rain.
Then it clear up. It was 40 degrees and sunny. We all got outside because the weather folks said it was going to snow.
The sky was blue and the sun shining high in the sky, gorgeous!
It started snowing just a few hours later. It was a beautiful snow. It clung to the trees and grass to paint such a wonderful winter landscape!
Bjorn was loving the snow. We’ve had a lot of rain but not so heavy on the snow. Being Norwegian and loving the Winter Olympics he is loving this little taste of the season 🙂
The Little Chef has been cooking for us all. He’s quite good.
He’s life dream is to Beat Bobby Flay.
He can’t wait to share all of his cooking knowledge with you 🙂
Yesterday we went our little park. It’s where we like to go for a little break from the day.
It’s been warm these past few days. It’s really nice even though it’s supposed to be winter. It’s always nice to get a small break from those arctic temperatures.
This particular park is a fan of bird watchers around town. They even have an elevated deck with benches. There are hawks, cardinals, blue jays and robins. So much beauty to behold among the browns and blacks of winter.
It’s a lot of fun. Some would think it boring but not us. Happy January!
